This is a small site run by one person. No ad networks, no trackers, no data brokers. Here's exactly what's collected and why.

What's collected

If you sign up for the email list — from the homepage, the audio gate, or a course waitlist — that's just your email address and where you signed up from.

If you fill out the intake form, that's your name, email, phone (if you give it), what you're looking for, your experience level, the health screening flags you check, any notes you add, your BOLT score if you enter one, and the time you gave consent.

If you request audio access, an access token is issued and stored in an HttpOnly cookie on your device — it's not readable by page scripts and it's only used to confirm you're allowed to stream the audio.

Every form on this site runs a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to keep out bots. Cloudflare processes that challenge; it isn't used to identify or track you.

Why

The health screening exists so I can flag anything that needs a real conversation before you start a technique that isn't safe for you. Everything else is just what's needed to reach you and prepare a session.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1, on Cloudflare's network. Nothing is duplicated to a third-party CRM or analytics tool.

Who sees it

I do — Allen, and only Allen. It's never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

How long it's kept

Indefinitely, until you ask me to delete it.
